SolidWorks_Lesson 22_Create a custom part template

Las plantillas permiten reutilizar formatos o parámetros que se usan frecuentemente, es decir, hacerlos una vez y evitar tener que repetir la tarea en cada trabajo.
En esta lección crearemos una plantilla de pieza, se modificarán las cotas, la precisión de las cotas, el tipo de material e información del rótulo del plano de dibujo.

1. Primero que nada guardaremos la configuración actual para luego restaurar la configuración original.
2. En opciones: Las cotas se cambiaran a duales y los estilos de anotación se cambiaran de círculos a triángulos.
3. En material: Seleccionaremos acero fundido inoxidable. 
4. En propiedades personalizadas también llamadas metadatos: Introduciremos información para que aparezca en el rotulo del plano del dibujo, informaciones como, el nombre de la empresa, material, ciclo de vida, etc. 
5. Por último guardaremos la plantilla de pieza con el formato de archivo específico *.prtdot

In this lesson we will create a part template, will modify the dimensions, the precision of the dimensions, the type of material and information of the drawing plane label.

1. First of all we will save the current configuration and then restore the original configuration.
2. In options: Dimensions will be changed to dual and annotation styles will be changed from circles to triangles.
3. In material: We will select stainless cast steel.
4. In custom properties also called metadata: We will introduce information to appear on the drawing plane label, information such as the name of the company, material, life cycle, etc.
5. Finally we will save the part template with the specific file format * .prtdot
